Smart Manufacturing Track – Robotics & Automation for APT

As part of our commitment to advancing automation and smart manufacturing in semiconductor production, Fabmatics USA will be presenting in the Smart Manufacturing track at SEMIEXPO Heartland. Specifically, we will contribute to Smart Manufacturing Session 3: Robotics & Automation for APT.

This session will focus on the deployment of Industry 4.0 and Industry 5.0 technologies in the Assembly, Package & Test (APT) areas of semiconductor manufacturing. As wafer fabs increasingly integrate digital transformation tools such as digital twins, AI, and data analytics, the APT sector must overcome unique challenges to remain competitive. The session will highlight critical advancements in automation and smart manufacturing that are essential for the growth of US-based back-end manufacturing, aligning with recently published roadmaps from NIST.
