We show how automation gaps in semiconductor production can be closed with mobile robots.

In our presentation “Holding out for a HERO® – Closing Automation Gaps with Mobile Robots from Germany”, Burkhard Stegemann will report on the limits of conventional, static automation systems with regard to the increasing production requirements in the era of Industry 4.0. He will present flexible solutions using mobile robots using several examples.

In a subsequent interactive breakout session with the participants, we will deepen the possibilities and potentials that flexible automation using autonomously navigating robots can open up in semiconductor fabs.
