Complete, 100 percent identification of wafer batches is a necessary prerequisite for any material flow automation in semiconductor factories. As a supplier of integrated intralogistics solutions such as mobile robots, automated transport and storage systems, RFID systems are therefore also part of Fabmatics GmbH’s product portfolio.

We offer LF and HF RFID systems for fast and easy identification of the material in the production process. These are specially designed for use in clean rooms, can be easily integrated at various points and support established interface standards. Our current RFID portfolio includes LF and HF readers, suitable accessories such as antennas and various RFID-based logistics products, e.g. RFID trolleys, RFID racks and loading and unloading stations for OHTs.

Your wafer cassettes are not yet equipped with RFID tags? Fabmatics also offers a retrofit solution for this. We accompany our customers in their RFID project from planning through test installations to roll-out including system integration and beyond.
