Whether Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), Digital Twins, Artificial Intelligence in automation and production, trustworthy electronics or RFID solutions – the range of topics in 2021 again reflects the diversity of expertise of the Saxon high-tech network with its more than 360 members. In the virtual event rooms, all participants will not only have optimal networking opportunities at their disposal, but also excellent formats for knowledge and technology transfer. In addition to keynotes with excellent speakers and varied expert sessions on a wide range of technology and specialist topics, the “Science meets Industry” event series will also be integrated into Silicon Saxony Day in 2021.

As a long-standing member and committed contributor to Silicon Saxony e. V., Fabmatics is of course also on board.

Fabmatics in the Robotics Session

We are actively contributing to the Robotics-Session. Our Group Manager Mobile Robotics – Martin Däumler – will give a presentation at this event. in this context. Under the title: “Keep on Handling – How robots enable flexible storage and handling solutions for FABs”, he will take a look at the challenges that arise in various applications of robots in the areas of storage, handling and transport and how these can be overcome. We are looking forward to a lively exchange with the audience and the other speakers in this promising session!
