Your tasks:

• Technical support of our products and equipment for our national and international customers
• Carrying out installations, commissioning and maintenance/repair of our products and systems
• Documentation of the service calls
• Communication and consultation with customers

Your profile:

• Completed vocational training in a metal or electrical engineering profession
• Willingness to perform the job under clean room conditions
• Basic experience in the field of automation desirable
• Willingness to travel approx. 60%
• Good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
• Good computer skills
• Customer orientation, strong communication skills and strong commitment to service and quality
